FUNDAMENTAL ANALYST

THE HAND THAT PUNCHED IS THE HAND THAT GIVES COMPASSION.

Fundamental analysis is the process of identifying the intrinsic value of stocks to find some long-term investing opportunities. Usually, the fundamental analysis uses three types of data, the previous data to know the state of things in the past, known company information and the details about the company that is not known publically.

The fundamental analysis helps you find the fair price of any company’s stocks. Also, it helps in predicting the long-term trends in the financial market, and it allows you to understand what price a stock can reach in the future.

Types of Fundamental Analysis

There are two basic types of fundamental analysis qualitative and quantitative.

1. Qualitative Fundamental Analysis- This analysis involves the company’s brand value, the financial performance of the company over a given period, and the management decisions.

2. Quantitative Fundamental Analysis- This analysis is completely based on numbers and calculations that consider the financial statements of a company and identify the share prices.
